A mint condition 1993 BMW M5 Touring, one of only 891 units produced, is currently up for auction via Bring A Trailer. This unique example, identified as chassis code E34, spent time in Norway before it was imported to the U.S. in 2021.

The vehicle exterior features a Laguna Green Metallic finish complemented with a Shadowline trim, dual-panel sunroof, and, a M5 specific front air dam, rear valance, and rocker panels – which the previous seller notes that the front fenders have been repainted and a color mismatch is visible. Additionally, this E34 touring rides on 17" M-System II wheel with "throwing star" wheel, fitted with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.

The cabin features original sport bucket seats in black Nappa leather with matching Nappa leather dashboard, center console, and door panels. The vehicle maintains its factory stereo complete with a HiFi loudspeaker system – in addition to the air conditioning and power windows.

Under the hood, the 3.8-liter S38 inline-six with a 10.5:1 compression ratio produced a factory-rated output of 340 horsepower and featured a Bosch Motoronic 3.3 engine control unit (ECU) – power is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag 280 5-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential, exclusive to the European-market M5 models. While the vehicle has undergone recent maintenance in 2022, additional service under current ownership includes a wheel alignment and brake fluid flush.

This 1993 BMW M5 Touring (E34) shows roughly 153,000 miles on the odometer and has a leading big of $ 20,000 USD placed, with five days left to place a bid on Bring A Trailer.
