BRING A TRAILER

A rare 1994 BMW 850 CSI, one of only 225 units produced, is back for auction on Bring A Trailer. This is a re-list on BaT after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in May 2023 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their purchase commitment.

This 94' Bmw 850CSi (E31) was ordered new through BMW's individual program and is estimated to be the only U.S. model in this configuration. The original owner purchased this example in Individual Tobago Blue Metallic exterior– over Tobago Blue and black Nappa leather interior. Under the current ownership, this 850 CSi rides on 17" forged aluminum wheels and has been recently fitted with Falken tires, european-specification M mirrors, black bodyside trim, and yellow lenses for the flash-to-pass lights.

Under the bonnet is a 5.6-liter S70B56 V12 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a Limited-Slip Differential– initially rated at 372 horsepower and 402 lb-ft of torque when new. While the vehicle has undergone recent maintenance in 2022, including changing of transmission fluids and engine components.

Inside, the cabin features the original heated and power-adjustable front seats in Tobago Blue and black Nappa leather with blue carpeting. The car retains its original cassette stereo and trucked-mounted CD changer.

At the time of writing, the ‘94 BMW 850 CSi (E31) shows roughly 70,000 miles on the odometer and has a leading bid of $82,000 USD placed, with three days left on Bring A Trailer.
