Todd Snyder returned to NYFW in February for the second season after being absent from the event for 4+ years, with a small show at the Academy Mansion.
Since 2020, our business more than doubled so it made me think, do we really need shows?

From 2020 to 2024, Snyder focused more on growing his direct-to-consumer brand. Snyder shifted his energies to developing consumer-focused products to increase sales. In addition, holding runway shows during fashion week has allowed Snyder to stay at the forefront of retailers’ minds. Although the brand is not currently selling at a wholesale level, Snyder said he expects that to change possibly within the next two years. By the middle of 2025, Snyder expects to have 25 stores around the US.
Snyder said the February show at the Academy Mansion will be larger than the previous show for NYFW last September at Le Rock restaurant in the Rockefeller Center, but smaller than his massive fashion show at Pitti Uomo, expecting around 40-45 looks to be showcased next month.
Snyder said he chose the location because “It looks like a Parisian or New York prep school and our theme for the season is inspired by school uniforms. So we’ll be able to express the collection in a way that showcases the line.”
